A: Guide, Proper Lunch Box (Chicken | Fish | Vegetarian), Mineral water, Soft Drinks, Snacks, Seasonal Fruits, Snorkeling Equipment, Fin, Transfer in and out (Labuan Bajo City Area Only), First Aid Kits, Life Jacket, on boat insurance.

Q: Is food and drink available onboard?
A: Yes, we provide snacks, soft drinks, 1x coffee or tea, seasonal fruit, proper lunch boxes, including vegetarian and vegan options and mineral waters, . Pre-order meals when booking.

Q : is breakfast included?
A : we do not provide Breakfast but if you booked your hotel with a breakfast, you are strongly recommended to ask for breakfast box from your hotel 1 day before your day tour.

Q: Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
A: Unfortunately, the activities and boat is not wheelchair accessible.

Activities and Entertainment

Q: What types of tours and activities do you offer?
A: We offer sightseeing tours featuring stunning ocean views, magnificent islands and landscape, encounters with Komodo dragons, visits the pink beach, and snorkeling with beautiful coral, turtles, and manta rays. ( remember we are in the nature, we are not able to guarantee 100% encounter with Komodo, Turtles and manta rays

Additionally, we provide sunset half day tour, private charters, and special event cruises for occasions like weddings and corporate events.

Q: Is there any photo and video services during the trip?
A: Our team would be happy to help our travelers to take a photo or video with their own devices during their photo session time. But we also provide private professional photographer and videographer with additional charge and the service should be booked one day before the trip. Kindly inform us if you interested in booking the service.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for passengers?
A: Our tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages.

A: Trips may be rescheduled or canceled in severe weather for passenger safety. We will notify you if your trip is affected. If the trip is canceled, we will give a full refund.

A: Pets are not allowed on board.

Q: Can I Adjust or change destinations in Full day Trip (Open Trip) ?
A: if you joining our open trip you cannot adjust or change destinations

Q: What happen if the customer is late/ no show for pick up according to the time that informed beforehand?
A: Late will be consider as cancel without refund, so please kindly be ready at the lobby around our approximate time and kindly reminder this is a shared transfer and pick up could be varies.

Q : Can I book the trip on the same day of my flight back?
A: We do not recommend this tour for participants with flights scheduled on the same day as the day trip. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, please book your flight for the next day, rather than the same day.
