Welcome to Ocean Queen Boat. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking and Payment
2.1. Reservations: All bookings must be made through our official website, direct booking through our Whatsapp, Our official 3rd parties online platform / Online Travel Agents, Authorized agents, or directly at our office.
2.2. Payment: full payment of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
2.3. Receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity start (Full day/Half Day Tour – Open Trip).
Pricing
3.1. Prices: All prices are listed in [IDR and USD] and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Additional Charges: Additional charges apply for Taman National Komodo Admission Fees.
3.3 Price Includes : Guide, Proper Lunch Box (Chicken | Fish | Vegetarian), Mineral water, Soft Drinks, Snacks, Seasonal Fruits, Snorkelling Equipment, Fin, Transfer in and out ( Labuan Bajo City Area Only), First Aid Kits, Life Jacket, on boat insurance.
3.4 Price Excludes :
- Entrance fees of Taman National Komodo ( Pay in advance or collected by cash on the boat ) * Price might be adjusted/changed without prior notice from government
Domestic Travelers : IDR 200.000*,-/PAX ( Weekdays), IDR 250.000*,-/PAX (Weekend)
International Travelers : IDR 350.000*,-/PAX (Weekdays), IDR 400.000*,-/PAX (Weekend)
- Hotel in Labuan Bajo ( we are happy to help you for booking for better price in Labuan Bajo )
- Optional tour and activities ( We are an Operator in Labuan Bajo, and happy to offer you another optional trip during your stay in Labuan Bajo )

- Travel Insurance
- Gratuity (Tipping for Guide and Boat Crews)
Safety and Conduct
4.1. Safety Notice: Any changes of routes or any other changes made by Captain for safety reasons/purposes should be followed by all passengers.
4.2. Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided to ensure the safety of passengers.
4.3. Behaviour: Passengers must follow all instructions from the captain and crews. Behave in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all on board. The company reserves the right to disembark any passenger who poses a risk to themselves or others.
Liability
5.1. Personal Belongings: Ocean Queen Boat is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. It is personal responsible.
5.2. Health and Fitness: Passengers must ensure they are in suitable health to participate in the trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
5.3. Liability Waiver: By booking with Ocean Queen Boat, passengers agree to release the company from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the company or its employees.
Weather and Itinerary Changes
6.1. Weather Conditions: Trips are subject to favourable weather conditions. Ocean Queen Boat reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip in the interest of safety.
6.2. Itinerary Changes: The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Complaints and Disputes
7.1. Complaints & Disputes: Any complaints and disputes must be reported to the crew or management as soon as possible to allow for prompt investigation and solution.
Privacy Policy
8.1. Data Collection: Ocean Queen Boat collects personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. This information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
8.2. Marketing: By booking with us, you consent to receive promotional materials from Ocean Queen Boat. You may opt-out at any time.
Amendments
Ocean Queen Boat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
